To send your watch to SWICO for repair, please ensure that:
- The watch is packed in protective bubble wrap or foam
- Your full address and day-time telephone/mobile number is included with your parcel
- You take out adequate insurance cover in the event of loss or damage
- You send your watch back to SWICO by special delivery post only

Step 2
- A RAYMOND WEIL service assessment sheet is completed by one of our highly trained watchmakers.
- Your details & requirements are added to our system.
- An estimate of work required is sent to you.

Step 3
- If you wish to proceed with the repair of your watch or have any questions, just let us know by phone or letter. *Our contact details can be found here.
- The fastest way to proceed with your repair is to pay by credit/debit card. To do this call us on 01428 656822 with your estimate number.
- We also accept personal cheques. NB: Please allow 10 working days for funds to clear.
